Is a Rhinoplasty Worth it?
Is a rhinoplasty worth it? For Lee, it was. The responsiveness and individualized attention she received during her consultation with Dr. Fredric Newman convinced her that he was the right surgeon to perform her surgery.View transcript
Lee: I went to a couple of other plastic surgeons. It didn't have that connection. I came to Dr. Newman, and I instantly felt it. Dr. Newman: I bring the ability to listen and hear what they want to tell me. Lee: Plastic surgery, it's all about you. It's not what other people think. I started noticing that my nose was falling and looking wider than it was, and I wanted a better appearance. I was taken in within, I think five minutes. And Dr. Newman came in within a couple minutes after that. One of the things that he stressed to me is, you can talk to me for as long as you need to. You can keep coming back. The fact that I didn't have to wait, the fact that he showed so much interest and concern with me. Dr Newman: I will follow them along for a year after the surgery. And they all know I would rather hear from them than not. Even if it's something that seems trivial to them. Lee: It's always nerve-wracking going into any kind of surgery. And I have to say the day that I came, it was completely different from the experience that I had with the other plastic surgeons. Dr. Newman: I've always been there for them. It's too important for me. Because I know what to expect, and I try to educate them, so they're making intelligent and informed decisions. Lee: He understood what I wanted, and I knew that he was going to give me the result that I wanted.
